Application Procedures
Enrollment Services, located in UCB 120 on the West campus, provides admission applications, admission information, registration services, general information or referrals, and certifies students completion of degree requirements. Students can obtain class schedules, program of study forms, transcripts, photo identifications, change requests, student health insurance information, and immunization information.
